LODGING:

To maximize your conference experience you should secure overnight accommodations at one of the hotels contracted for your relaxation and enjoyment. Rates are unheard of ranging from a low of $79.00 to a maximum of $129.00 per night! These are high quality resort accommodations without resort prices. Those traveling deserve a great room at a great price. Locals have been looking for an excuse to get away from the house without getting out of town! Some hotels have additional charges for more than two persons and should be confirmed at the time you make your reservation. Some hotels offer free full breakfasts, while others offer continental and some are off the menu. Perhaps cool the third week of April you may want to find a hotel with an indoor pool. It’s here! All hotels are within a three mile radius of the Cobb Galleria and all have free shuttles to the convention center, shopping, entertainment and other hotels. Park free and leave your car you don’t need your keys. Websites with listings of amenities and features will be linked to this page.

Be prepared to make a deposit with your reservation. We have secured what we believe are adequate room nights with 776 rooms on Thursday, 1425 rooms on Friday, and 1317 rooms on Saturday. We have obtained a “late check out” of 1PM for all hotels with the exception of the Embassy Suites. They require a 12PM checkout. The hotels offer the group rates before and after the conference for those who want to get here a couple of days early or stay after the conference. The Sheraton Suites Galleria is right across the street from the convention center and as such is the “Official Hotel” where District Governor Roy, District Governor Elect Casey and our Rotary International Representative will be housed. Look for more information on club hospitality at the Sheraton Suites so you can find your Rotary family all in one place.
