A Super Conference requires a super committee and so it is with the
RID6900 Conference 2010
"Rotary Rocks". Listed at the bottom of this page are a few of the key conference staff
and their areas of responsibility. Additional personnel will be
added as needed and committed, as will contact
information and
classifications. All interests on volunteering should be sent to

What are the responsibilities of the Hospitality
Committee and the Chair?
It is the intention of this conference
committee to provide a venue for all Rotarians of the District to
gather in a central location to provide maximum fellowship
opportunities in addition to the house of friendship.
What are the Conference Concierge responsibilities?
This
individual is responsible for assisting those registered at
conference with hotel, tour, dining, excursions and other typical
convention and visitors bureau type inquiries.
What
about The House of
Friendship?
It is like none other. Compare it to a Rotary
International Convention and you will have our
House of Friendship
this year. It's exhibitors, entertainment, informational
presentations,
special activities like a rock climbing wall,
miniature golf, and displays from the clubs
of District 6900 and
fellowship area are all for you. It is truly indescribable, you must
experience it to appreciate the magnitude and effort in facilitating
such a huge undertaking!
